The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Dallas Mavericks 112 to 111, in a game where V. Wembanyama (52pts,24rebs,8blks) was in MVP form! Wemby was active early, and attacked the rim with drives, fakes and solid footwork! The Mavericks made a game of it, but Wemby iced the game with a free throw and the Spurs closed out a good Mavs team with defense! S. Castle (17pts,10rebs) and D. Harper (21pts,5rebs) played solid defense and pushed the pace! D. Fox (10pts) had an off night, but Wemby did everything possible so that the Spurs would win! K. Irving (29pts) was his usual self, hitting three pointers and getting to the paint. Fox played him straight up, and made him work for everything. The Spurs have won 6 straight, and are gaining momentum in a tough Western Conference!
